About us
In the 1970s, we opened our doors to give Italo-Australians in our local area a place to connect, socialise and celebrate our rich culture. Fifty years later, we take pride in continuing to bring people together and play an important role in our community.
The Italian Club Fremantle serves as the epicentre of the large and vibrant Italo-Australian community in Fremantle and its surrounding areas. Our conveniently located venue allows members to socialise at the Club bar and engage in friendly competition in our card-playing and bocce areas. Our social committee organises regular events, including Friday night dinners, dances, and live music, and we welcome non-members to join us at these gatherings to share in our culture and traditions. Additionally, our extensive hall can be hired by the general public for private functions, such as birthdays, gala dinners and weddings.

We are a community-driven venue that aims to provide its members and the wider community with opportunities to socialise and celebrate our Italian heritage. We welcome anyone who wants to learn about and strengthen their connection to Italian culture to visit our Club and attend our regular social events.
